Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 June 2026
These terms apply when you create or use a ClearWater Pro account. By signing up or using the platform you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
The platform
ClearWater Pro is pool service management software. It helps pool service businesses manage customers, pools, water tests, jobs, chemical recommendations, equipment, inventory, quotes, invoices, reports, and customer communications.
Professional judgement and safety
- Chemical dosage suggestions, treatment plans, and water-balance recommendations are estimates and decision-support tools. They are not a substitute for the professional judgement of a qualified pool technician.
- You must follow the directions and safety information on the label of any chemical product you use, and you must comply with all local laws and regulations (including chemical handling, storage, transport, workplace safety, and pool safety regulations).
- You are responsible for verifying water chemistry, dosing, and any equipment recommendations before acting on them.
- ClearWater Pro does not give legal, medical, safety, or compliance advice.
Your business and customers
Your business is solely responsible for the work performed for its customers, including pricing, scheduling, communications, reports, invoices, refunds, complaints, insurance, and compliance with consumer protection laws. ClearWater Pro is a tool you use to run those activities — we are not a party to the agreement between you and your customers.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- New businesses get a 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial to avoid being charged.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe at the published price (GST-inclusive, AUD).
- You can change or cancel your plan through the in-app billing portal.
- If a payment fails, Stripe will retry. Continued non-payment will eventually cancel the subscription.
- We may suspend access for non-payment, breach of these terms, or activity that risks the platform or other users.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access data belonging to another business or pool customer.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Use the platform to send spam or to contact your customers in violation of anti-spam law.
- Use AI assistance features to circumvent your obligations to customers, employees, or regulators.
Your data
You own the data you and your team put into the platform. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your team's login credentials secure.
Service availability
We work to keep ClearWater Pro available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or release updates that briefly affect availability.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearWater Pro is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, or for losses arising from chemical handling, pool safety incidents, or third-party services you connect.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Continuing to use ClearWater Pro after a change means you accept the updated terms.
